Delia joined Welchman Consulting in 2007 as a Web Analyst. She has seven years of experience managing large intranets and public internet sites in both the private and non-profit sectors. She has specialized in expanding and improving the usability and structure of Web sites for higher education and healthcare organizations.

Delia focuses on helping clients organize their online content to best meet the needs of their audiences and constituent groups. She thoroughly examines online content and crafts practical ways to organize information and display data.

Delia holds a BS in Mass Communication from Towson University.
