For over ten years, David has been coordinating local, national, and international teams to conceive, design and implement complex Internet systems and web sites. For the past five years, David product managed the content publishing system that hundreds of users across the 30+ units of the World Bank use to manage over 1,000 World Bank sites and publish content in over 20 languages (with well over 100,000 pieces of content). Before that, David was CTO of Forum One Communications, a web site development and strategy company, where he was also responsible for a portfolio of the company’s projects. In addition, David was a project manager at UUNET/MCI/WorldCom for Internet-based infrastructure projects such as a system to fax over the Internet.
David has a Master's Degree in Computer Science from Georgia Tech and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the University of Maryland at College Park. He has also worked as a programmer for Schlumberger and a Peace Corps volunteer in Chad.
