Christine joined Welchman Consulting as a Senior Consultant in 2005. As an MBA, she combines business acumen with more than 10 years' experience in the Web industry to help clients align their Web operations with organizational objectives. She works with senior management to address the challenges of adopting Web technologies while mitigating change management risks. Prior to joining Welchman, Christine managed project teams for Web development firms in the Baltimore/Washington region.
Her current client work includes strategic Web Operations Management roadmaps, as well as Information Architecture and CMS requirements analysis for clients such as American Legacy Foundation, Management Sciences for Health, U.S.D.A. Forest Service, U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, U.S. Small Business Administration, and University of Maryland Medical Systems.
Christine holds a BS in Mass Communications from Virginia Commonwealth University and an MBA in Business Management from Loyola College in Maryland.
